RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with your Tyra piece. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s what you need to know:
Returns

Shirts can be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging.

Simply email or message us to initiate a return – we’ll guide you step-by-step.
No Returns on Fabrics

Since fabrics are custom cut, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

We recommend double-checking quantities and details before placing fabric orders. Still unsure? We’re happy to help you before you buy!
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

Refunds go to your original payment method.

We don’t refund any shipping charges (unless we made a mistake in your order).

COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.
Quality Issues
If a manufacturing defect is identified:

The issue must be reported within 48 hours

Tyra reserves the right to inspect the product before approval

If the return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location (wherever available).
