RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with your Tyra piece. If something doesn’t feel right, here’s what you need to know:

Returns

  • Shirts can be returned within 7–10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and sent back in their original packaging.

  • Simply email or message us to initiate a return – we’ll guide you step-by-step.

No Returns on Fabrics

  • Since fabrics are custom cut, we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.

  • We recommend double-checking quantities and details before placing fabric orders. Still unsure? We’re happy to help you before you buy!

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds go to your original payment method.

  • We don’t refund any shipping charges (unless we made a mistake in your order).

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

    Quality Issues

    If a manufacturing defect is identified:

    • The issue must be reported within 48 hours

    • Tyra reserves the right to inspect the product before approval

    Refund Process

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Tyra

  • If the return is approved, we’ll arrange a pickup from your location (wherever available).

  • In case of a size exchange request for shirts (if available), reach out to us – we’ll try to make it work.
