We pack every order with care and ship it out as quickly as we can.

Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping — ₹80
• Express Shipping — ₹120
• Orders of ₹3999 and above ship free by express.

Charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Promotional shipping offers are subject to change.

Delivery Timelines

• Processing: 1–2 business days
• Standard delivery: 5–7 working days after dispatch
• Express delivery: 4–5 working days after dispatch

Delivery times may be longer for remote pincodes and during festive periods.

Cash on Delivery

We ship COD across India with no extra COD handling charge. Standard and express shipping charges apply as above.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or the package appears tampered with:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Share clear photographs or video of both the package and the product

An unboxing video helps us resolve these fastest. Claims raised after 24 hours may not be accepted.

• Tyra is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect delivery details.
